Staying in apartment Adega or Videira costs 100 euros per night. Would you like to stay a week? Then you pay 640 euros. Apartment Pico Lindo costs 115 euros per night and 740 euros for a week. The minimum stay for all apartment is three nights.

The rates are all-in, so no strange surprises afterwards, like cleaning costs or tourist tax.

After booking we would like to receive a deposit to finalize the reservation. This deposit is 30% of the total amount. You pay the remainder during your stay: you can pay cash or by bank transfer.

Check-in is from 3 PM until 8 PM on the day of arrival. On the day of departure we would like to have the apartment at our disposal again at 11 AM to prepare it for the next guests.

The apartments are non-smoking.

If you stay longer than three nights, we offer (if you want) nice clean towels. A clean bed is provided if you stay longer than a week.
